Brandera is independent from any brand affiliation. All items are pre-owned. Trademarks are owned by their respective brand owners.

 

What is the shipping policy?

Free shipping in the EU. Shipping within 3 to 15 business days. Payment is required for shipment. Shipment with DHL 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your item is confirmed, it may take 10-15 business days for our team to receive, inspect and process your order for shipment.

 

What is Quick Shipping?

Quick ship items usually can be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days with DHL. It’s the perfect way to stock up quickly!

 

Where do you deliver to?

What is the return policy? 

The catalog items are final sale. Returns are only possible if the item does not match the description or is declared counterfeit by a third party expert. If it is the case, the item must be returned within 3 days of its date of receipt. After reassessment of the product by our team, a refund will be issued.

 

How do I read the conditions grades?

The condition of our items are classified in the following way:

Rank N         New / never used

Rank NS       Never used / display item

Rank S         Used - Mint condition, like new item

Rank SA       Used - Hardly any traces of usage, nice item / refurbished item

Rank A         Used - A few traces of usage, some scratches / dirt can be seen but overall in very good condition

Rank AB       Used - Traces of usage, scratches / dirt can be seen but generally in good condition

Rank B         Used - Traces of usage, damages / dirt can be seen but it is still in acceptable condition for continued usage

Rank BC       Used - Obvious traces of usage, damages / dirt are present

Rank C         Used - Obvious traces of usage, damages / dirt are very noticeable

Rank D         Used - The condition is noticeably bad / flawed item which would be considered junk

 

NOTICE
When purchasing pre-owned goods, please refer to the photos of the items to check the item's condition, e.g, scratches and dirt, etc.
The condition of the actual item for sale is shown in the photos even when there is no detailed damage location description in text inside the listing.

 

How do I purchase from the Wholesale Catalog?

Shop the selection by carefully reviewing photos, descriptions and grades. When done shopping, review your selection and click “Complete Order” button. Final order confirmations are sent by email in 2 to 3 days with your order number and invoice.

Items are received and inspected for quality assurance (about 10-15 business days from confirmation). Payment is required for shipment. Shipments with DHL (3-5 business days).

 

Remember:

Items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
There is a small chance an item may have been reserved before your request is received, resulting in a cancellation. 

Please note that you will be fully responsible for all taxes your order may incur from Hungary to your location. The items exclude VAT. Except on Hungary.

What are the terms of payment?

Payment option is bank transfer. Payment due upon invoice. By placing an order, you understand that you are contractually obligated to pay for the item(s) when you receive the Brandera Wholesale invoice by the payment due date. And by joining the Brandera Wholesale you expressly accept the General Terms of service. Failing to do so, your account will be blocked, and your access to our website will be restricted.

If you have an ongoing credit note, you could use it to pay the totality or a fraction of any of your invoices, nevertheless consider that this credit note has a span of 12 months after it is issued.
